My EA play pro subscription has been cancelled
Hello. I'm an EA Play Pro user with bonuses. However, last night I received an email stating that my card hadn't been charged and my subscription had been canceled. I added a different card again, and when I try to continue payment, I'm being asked to pay the regular fee instead of the special annual fee. I opened a support ticket about this, but haven't heard back yet. I'm not sure what to do. Could you help me with a similar issue through live support, a system issue, or another way to contact me?
