My game pass games are not free in the ea play store, i don't know what to do?

Everything is correctly linked.

I've tried uninstalling the Ea store app and re-installing. 

I've tried disconnecting my xbox acc and then reconnecting it.

I've tried these steps

1. Close the EA app. 
2. Navigate to the Xbox app.
3. Go to settings (click your name in the top left corner)
4. Select "extensions."
5. Disable the extension for the EA App
6.  Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app
7. You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and been replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension."
8. Enable the EA app extension
9. The Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game

Nothing is working. Any other ideas?

The fact EA doesn't have a live chat or a phone number to call for help or service is wild...
