PlayStation EA Play subscription not registering on linked EA account

I have an EA Play subscription purchased through the PlayStation store (on PS5), but for some reason when I look at my linked EA profile it says I do not have an active EA Play subscription associated with my account. I am not receiving any of the in-game member benefits when I log in to games through my console, and can't help but feel like the two issues are related.

Hey all, our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've purchased EA Play through PS5 and my EA account is stating that my EA Play is inactive.
How can I solve that?

I'm not asking about a cross-platform subscription, I just want to receive my member benefits on the platform I paid for. My EA account doesn't seem to know I have EA play on PlayStation, and I am not receiving any of my benefits through console login.

@BadBatpig1 Having the same issue here just want the member rewards it says I have ea play on PlayStation but when I log in on my phone it says I don't have it even though the account is linked to my PlayStation

We aren't trying to use EA play on other platforms. We bought EA play through the PlayStation store - no we are playing Fifa 23 on PlayStation and are not receiving any of the rewards associated with having EA play. Also when I login to my EA account it says that I do not have EA play active even though I am paying for it.

@EA_Darko is there any help on EA or does EA just accept money and run? Several people have asked very specific question without an answer. Unfortunately I made the same mistake and paid for EA Play but is not showing up on my account or my PS5 where I purchased.

@EA_Darko Are you saying that if I want to access my EA play membership on my PC I have to sign up again? Even though I have an active EA play membership that is linked to my PS4?

Então espero estarem com uma boa equipe jurídica, pois como divulgado pela plataforma EA PLAY, PSN, STEAM, XBOX. Estão fazendo propaganda enganosa, pois deixa bem específico que na contratação EA PLAY pode usar vinculando em outras plataformas digitais.
