Problems with installing the 10-hour trial version of FC 25

Good afternoon, I am a player from Ukraine and wasn’t sure which support team to contact. But I hope you will see this.
Recently, I purchased an EA Play subscription on my PS5, and I wanted to download the 10-hour trial version of FC 25. However, the PlayStation Store shows an error when I try to get it and says that I already own the game.
I can download all other EA Play games without any issues.
I already contacted PlayStation Support, thinking it might be a PS Store issue, but they told me to reach out to you.
Looking at this error, I think it might be related to the FC 25 Showcase, which I had previously claimed.
I really hope you can help.
I’ll attach all the videos showing the error both in the PS App and in the PS Store.
Also, I’ll attach what PlayStation Support replied to me (please note that the message is in Ukrainian — I apologize in advance).

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear you can't install EA FC 25 through EA Play. If you had previously downloaded the Showcase version, that might be the cause of the issue you're encountering. To get that sorted, a full uninstall of the Showcase version should fix the problem. 

    In case the problem persists, please reach out to EA Help so they can check your account.

    Good afternoon, thank you very much for your response. However, even when I delete the Showcase version from my PS5, I still get an error in the PS Store. Is there any other way to resolve this issue?

    Please double check if there's still any saved data of the game in your device and restart the device. If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact EA Help so they can check your account.
