Unable to download some games on linked Teen Play Pro account
Recently purchased a Play Pro subsciption for son so we could play together.
He is unable to download/add to library some games with message "This game is unavailable - You're not eligible this play this game." Affected games - BF6, F1 25, Skate (which is free)
Other games are downloading and playable without issue. FC 26 works fine. Other Battlefield, F1 and Star Wars titles work fine. So it's not some Australian age requirement setting (He's 17yrs old).
His account is linked through Family Managment to my account. Even gave his account unlimited spend and he still can't download.
It's not his PC because I can log into the EA App as myself and download the games without issue.
He managed to get BF6 Redsec (F2P) working via his Epic account but can't access the full game or download on EA App even though he has a Play Pro account.
Please assist
