Playtest Downloaded a week ago Still no access to the game PS5

Anyone can help with this situation,

I downloaded the playtest the day it released, still not able to play a game. says "The EA Sports FC playtest is currently unavailable. please check your invite email for more details. Email states Playtest from Nov 3- 18th........ Checked every day since, same error code. PLEASE HELP
