I write to you today with a profound sense of regret and disappointment. As a devoted fan of the FC series since 2015, I eagerly anticipated the release of FC 24. However, it is with a heavy heart that I must express my dissatisfaction with the current state of the game.FC 24 is marred by frequent crashes and lags, particularly in Ultimate Team mode, despite my efforts to optimize settings and possessing top-tier hardware. This falls far short of the standard of quality we have come to expect from EA Sports.Moreover, it pains me to admit that I regret spending approximately $100 on this game. This investment, made in good faith, has yielded nothing but frustration and disappointment.As a passionate member of the community, I implore EA Sports to urgently address these issues. Until then, I must reluctantly bid farewell to FC 24 and explore alternative gaming options.

@EA_Aljo 1. Players have no pace, it doesnt matter if is 99 or 40, they feel the same(not just feel, but the wont run at all).2. Passing, absolutely terrible, each pass is short and nowere.3. Shooting, same as passing, terrible.4. Defending, absolutely 0, there is absolutely no way so you can defend (you can press any button, except when the opponent is the penalty area, well then...there is a penalty)5. AI, they have their own mind, sitting and admiring the pitch, doing absolutely nothing.6. AI are literally hit by the ball mostly anytime.So, you are grinding for better player stats but in return you get nothing, except a lot of frustration.And no, the game is not freezing it is just feeling horrible to be played, does this express better how it is?Thanks,Speed up lag and heavy players are 2 different things. Is your game freezing, then unfreezing and speeding up or do the players just feel heavy?

@EA_Aljo Also, what is very surprising, altough english is not my first language I strongly believe that I have clearly described the issue that I have with this game in a manner that someone who never played this game will also understand (forum is also full of the same topics), but somehow an EA official support "doesnt" understand.And about "heavy players", you were the one who mentioned this, so you are aware about the issue, but now....you cannot recognise the issue in order to help or collect feedback...awesome

@RadioShaqs With no offence, but this forum is full about the same gameplay issue and about the videos, you may check youtube as I am pretty sure you may find something.Also, I was checking some of your posts and for me all your answers sound like you would like to be part of EA staff in the future, again a personal opinion.Now, realistically speaking you may also observe that none of the threads opened about gameplay has been fixed, as the issue has been routed back to the customer, and I am not the only one trying to point to gameplay issues, server related.Thanks,

I'm with you there bro.. after a hard fought game on champions, to make a comeback and tie it at 4-4 then to be disconnected from the serves is total BS... This game it seems it just keeps getting worse before it gets any better..

The biggest issue is my inability to find any YouTube videos addressing this problem for potential solutions, despite my exhaustive attempts to troubleshoot it, all to no avail.

yea, this is just getting ridiculous. ive just played a really hard fought game where i was able to overtake the score, end up winning 4-3 and the game just sits there waiting to load the match overview then it kicks me out. says i disconnected and dont get the damn win. i work, and am trying to squeeze some games in before shift starts and end up getting this???? and its not the first time either.you guys make money over fist with all the pack sales and what not and cant provide good service from your end to have a good quality product that we as consumers can enjoy???? smdh!!!

Dear @EA_Aljo ,you asked for connection evidence, right? All the screenshots were attached by @itsouthy007 ( I will also provide mine), now what is the next step, what is your investigation or what can you share in exchange to improve the gampeplay connection?

Seems to be absolutely impossible to have the proper support...or at least an explication..on how this game is so bad in more than optimal conditions?

You've got a fair amount of packet loss which is contributing to the low score. Have you spoken with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection?

Are you switching between a wired and wireless connection? If so, make sure you use a wired connection. Can you get me a screenshot of the match history? That is on the left side of the Connection Quality Report page.

So you are saying that the low score could be the problem for @itsouthy007 and the packet loss (0.04% which by the way, according with your (EA) graph is under the great section), how about my connection score (97 out of 100), having the same unplayable game with a 0.01% packet loss, stil my ISP?

Even though it says great, anything under a 99 score indicates an issue. Can you get me the match history as I mentioned previously? I need to see which matches have the packet loss.

Please note that your refference about a score below 99 representing an issue is absolutely absurd.
