EA FC 24 Ultimate team - UNABLE TO PLAY DRAFT MODE, PLAYERS MISSING

Hello everyone,

On both the PS5 and PS4 versions, I've encountered this game breaking bug while trying to play the online Draft mode,

I can freely access the draft team, but the starting eleven and the bench players are missing, 

I have already assembled the team long ago but forgot to play with it, and when I recently tried playing with it,

an error message saying something along the lines of "not enough players to start game" ,with 10+ tokens just sitting there.

Please help, if anyone has the same issue and resolved it let me know what to do, thanks.

    @Haguigscreed Instead of choosing replacement token option, try to connect with Live EA help chat using another option. Explain EA help representative your situation and request them to reset your draft.

    Hello, I just tried your solution and it said that I wasnt eligible for a draft token replacement, this issue is really making me mad rn, I have 13 tokens just sitting, BUT I CANNOT PLAY THE GAME MODE, its really frustrating, is there any way I can contact the EA customer support directly ?? SOS

    Here is the message shown when I try to reset my draft, I dont want another token, only my draft to be reset so I can play it

    I just contacted the EA support and they said to me that my case will be forwarded to the development team, and they will update me in the "near future" abt my issue, how much time do you reckon I'll have to wait ?

    Nope, the back and fourth with the support agent ended with him telling me that my case was forwarded and put in a queue, I guess my issue needs more than just a simple draft reset, idk whats going on, they hardly explain anything.

    We are having the same issue as yourself, so I'm just EA managed to fix this for you??

    If so would you mind telling me how to fix it as I have a very unhappy 7 year old son!!
