Fifa points not transferring

hey @TheSameGuyxXx You will be able to transfer your UT Points once the game is released. Remember that you can’t convert your points using the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps.

How to transfer and convert EA SPORTS FIFA 23 Points to EA SPORTS FC™ 24

I have access to the game already and it came up with option to transfer and I said wait and now it won't come back up and won't let me do it 

Any news?

Hey @EA_Pulsar I have similar issue. Im playing EA FC24 earlier since I have Play Pro. I got the pop up to transfer my FIFA Point from FIFA23, I accepted it (I got around 2000 points not exactly sure but I know you can check that out) and I only got 1600 for the preorder/Play Pro. The points I had on FIFA23 are gone from FIFA23 but not transferred to the new game, can I get some help on this?

Update* So I've been told to wait for 29th to see if it resolves itself and if not then tough luck by the sounds of it.

In case you didn't see the message in the game or decided to transfer your points later, you can clear the cache data and restart your game to see it again. 

If that didn't work you can reach out to our support team so we can look into this. 

@EA_Pulsar I submitted 2 tickets with this issue and all I get as a response is FIXED with the following issue "EA SPORTS FC™ 24 - Transfer Market & Companion App access" which has NOTHING to do with the issue I am having. Is this some kind of a joke, are there even real people reading those tickets or are these just bots?
Can I get some actual help regarding my issue, this is so frustrating?
