Missing 4600 FC Points - Steam Ultimate Edition - Case #241880449
Hello,
I am reporting a serious issue regarding my FC 26 Ultimate Edition purchase on Steam. I have not received my 4600 FC Points.
I have already contacted Steam Support (Ticket HT-4PCT-96TP-RV6R), and they officially confirmed that the purchase was successful and that the delivery of in-game content is EA's responsibility.
However, EA Chat Support (Case #241880449 and #241855042) claims they only see the Standard Edition on their end and refuse to manually grant the points, even though I provided full-screen proof of the Ultimate Edition purchase.
This is a clear synchronization error between Steam and EA. I am looking for a Community Manager to help me fix this entitlement issue manually.
