My EA Account got Hacked and EA help system is not helping
So the ea help system is pretty bad. I got my account hacked and the hackers changed the email so when I try logging in or reseting the password, it tells me to get the code from the hacked email account.
I going online to see if I can retreive so I go to this ea help website. All the customer help articles don't really help and they only tell you instructions on how to reset passwords, two step authenticator, etc, and if I want to get more help I need to sign in into my EA account which I don't have access over ugh. I try the contact us, but it gives me a flipping ai which doesn't help at all and only brings me to the help forum page which I can arleady access?? And when I try contacting actual people I have to sign in!? So after a long search, I get access to this customer serve page. I get proof of buying FC24 and everything and try sending it to a team but I have to log in for it. I have enough so I create an ea account and the page takes me to a 1 on 1 chat. It tells me to wait 9 minutes which I'm fine with so I wait. And I wait, and I wait for 30 minutes which is why I have the freetime to type this forum right now. Please EA I've tried everything please help me get my account back

- Scroll to the bottom and use the 'Contact us' button
- Type "update EA account information" in the text box
- Enter battlefield 6 and the platform you're on
- Click on "Did this fix your issue?" and select 'No'
- Click on the option for chat
