My game has not been connecting to ea servers

To help you get back online, please run through the following steps:

• Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox 
• Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
• Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
• Check that you have an open NAT type on your console 

If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further. 

Thank u for replying i tried all the options youve given to me and my nat type came out as strict instead of open idl if thats an issue but afyer trying the other options nothing changes 

Please tell me on how to go forward with this because all my other games functions as should and i can Access networks and play perfectly besides eafc

Did you follow the steps here to help open up your NAT type? 

I have been trying but no luck any other things i can do or u can try to make ot work i had no issues for any other fifa or eafc besides this one its the first time this has happened to me

Thanks for checking those steps! Let's go ahead and run the Connection Quality Report so we can investigate further. Please attach screenshots of your quality report as well as the Match Results in that test so we can take a look.

Thanks, I see you're currently connecting through WiFi- let's swap over to a hard-wired connection instead and let me know if you're seeing any improvement there. If not, please run the connection tests again with a hard-wired connection. 

i tried with an ethernet cable directly to my console before it gave me no difference or even worse performance 

I've only started with connection issues since the servers were down and put me down to 150 ping

i will happily try again but I'm sure that nothing will improve 

anything else?

Please run a new connection test while using the hard-wired connection so we can better troubleshoot this. 

i just ran a report on my computer and saw no change whatsoever im attaching the image below
