This is a bit difficult to explain a trigger, byt players seem to get to the poi8nt where they submit a transfer request far too quickly. Even players signed on a 'sporadic' contract can randomly demand a transfer after missing only 2-3 games. Of course, the issue then is that we cannot get them back 'on side' because there is no ability to get them to rescind their transfer request (see separate bug report).What happens when the bug occurs? The player demands a transfer and that's it - there is absolutely nothing a manager can do to get them to change their mind.What should be happening instead? Ease off the rate at which a player becomes dissillusioned and submits a request.See the explanation above. Some players are demanding transfer requests even when they play quite regularly. There have been reports of a club's top scorer demanding a transfer, which is absurd.What are the rules that drive when a player gets to this point, and can they be relaxed, as this is ruining the experience.

Its honestly starting to really annoy me I’m doing a Man Utd career and Alejandro Balde ,Rasmus Hojlund,Destiny Udogie,Bukayo Saka,Yeremy Pino ,Altay Bayinder have all submitted transfer requests and the career has only been going for under 3 years now it is ruining the game for me I’m trying to just sell them and buy them back as I believe that is the only way to get rid of it.EA have had so many continuous issues in career mode for many years now it just shows how undervalued the career mode community is nowadays I thought considering they lost the fifa license they might aim to make the game better and as annoying this is I can see it being an issue for many years to come.The problem is players don’t have enough stamina to play every game when in most competitions champions league,fa cup,league cup,premier league etc so you are resorted to running two teams and this problem continuously hinders it

I've been having massive issues with this bug as I rotate players(sharpness and fitness is broken IMO) The biggest problem is a player will have a moan about not playing. I then play them the next 3 games in a row or so but they still request to leave. The next issue is you can slowly get the morale back up but you can't ever offer a new contract or remove the request

Not really.
What I will say is that I have tried keeping a close watch on the contract situation in the squad screen and, if it moves neutral, and especially negative (i.e. red thumbs down), I renegotiate the contract to make the player happy with it.
The frequency with which players demand to leave seems to have dropped since. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not.

I doubt that EA has even seen this post, let alone registered the issue for fixing. I simply don't see any evidence that anyopne has looked at it.
I sometimes wonder what is the point of even registering issues, to be honest.

I have had it this now with several player, worst of which was singed a player January transfer window, played every game from signing and requested to leave before the same window was over.

Hi mate I have a player who came through my academy and has a morale of very happy but over a season ago he wasn't happy about the game time so ever since he's been a starter nearly every game but I cannot take him off the transfer list or extend his contract. Any update on how to fix?
