Are you launching the game through Steam or the EA app?
i have it on epic so it launches both it and EA app. also tried through steam even with big picture mode on. can you please ask all the questions at once? i have tried everything your troubleshooting page says, updated windows and drivers,even checked pc health through cmd to see if something was corrupt, cleared chaces, reinstalled both EA app and the game itself and nothing. this is a problem with the game prioritizing the mouse and interrupting the controller just in your game so please, skip these questions or ask them all at once because i cant play the game. i used to use DS4windows but you banned it so now im stuck.
