Pre order bonus not received

I still havent got any of my ultimate preorder rewards.

and I've played 50 rivals game already and my moments also almost completed apart from the ultimate difficulty moments.

how to get my rewards?

Apologies for the late response. That status normally means an advisor responded and they are waiting to hear back from you.

Thanks for the reply @EA_Aljo but as a software engineer with over 14 years of experience I can tell you that's a bug as no email was sent to me and pressing the "resume case" does nothing.
Bad UX from top to bottom.

Luckly, someone else picked up the case and created another one and actually keeps me in the loop.

I think we Will get iT when the game comes out fully for standaard edition (29 september)

Please open another case and make sure it went through. You should see it in under My Cases in your account.

I will try again but they just send the same copied email it doesn’t help at all
