Hi there, @yxcasual 

I'll try to help with this. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

  • Most of my disconnects are coming while navigating the menus itself…like going to store and clicking a pack or opening an sbc.

    Thank you. I see you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

  • @EA_Aljo  Unfortunately the wire currently will not reach the ps5, I’ve been using the same WiFi setup for a very long time with no issues in the past

    That's most likely the issue then. As a test, would you be able to move closer to the router to see if a wire makes a difference?

  • Will check but That’s going to take me some time, will have to get a longer cable……this has not been a issue at all in the past so not sure why this could be the reason

  • So I tried wired connection but same issue persists… I then switched to a different isp via hotspot and this seemed to sort out the issue, so I’m guessing something in the new update caused my isp to block something..I think

    @yxcasual 

    The update itself shouldn't be blocking your ISP. That's not something we do. Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?
