I have also been experiencing the issue. I am unable to submit in game or the web app. Someone suggested it might be due to how many sbc’s I have completed due to TOTY in a short time

That could be the case. Just give it a day and you should get past this issue.
Is there no other workaround? It’s a bit frustrating with Toty out and having packs saved to open. Instead I have to wait for this glitch to be gone so I can submit all the duplicate items I’m receiving

This can occur when submitting a lot of SBCs over a short amount of time. Try logging out of Ultimate Team and then loading back into it to prevent any sync issues. If that doesn't help, you'll just have to wait it out.

Normally, you have access again within 24 hours. If you don't, try power cycling your network equipment and the device you play on.

I did it and apparently from my friends I have been SBC banned.
How do I stop it
Can you explain why this happens at this time of the year EVERY year? Y'all put these promos up for previous cards to draw people in to next year's game and your servers are still from the 1960s so they start crashing and nothing works right is the only way that I can see this... The sbcs start not working between 10:30 and 11:00 Central standard Time in the US and the reset isn't until noon Central standard Time in the US... I noticed it starting this year as soon as the mess up with that 99 icon happen last week. So I guess my main question here is why is EA screwing up its own game is it to make sure that nobody gets good cards and that we have to go spend thousands of dollars in your store to get that card or what because 12 years of this game I have never received a 99 card out of a pack unless it was candy last year and by candy I mean the lewandowski and the Allison and the donorama that y'all kept giving away like candy... And by the way the reply that you gave to dude up top is garbage because it's not us it is your servers that are glitching out and blaming it on us is absolutely uncalled for. Every time I try logging back in after I get kicked out from trying to complete an SBC I get the same message from the FC team welcome to footie's week 5. Can you explain to me how my network is glitching out and making that announcement keep popping up every time when it's your servers that do all this.

If you completed a lot of SBCs in a short amount of time, this happens. As I mentioned, it'll expire within 24 hours. You just need to slow down with how many SBCs you're completing to avoid it from occurring.
Seriously quit feeding people that junk man. I've been on this game for 14 months straight and all I do is sbcs and this only happens if this time of the year and right around the team of the Year season launch I believe there will be issues like you guys switch servers or something and one server sucks and the other server is good I don't exactly know what you're doing but you're not going to run that game by me that I can get an SBC bann because no you can't that's all I do all day long is sbc's. Unless you guys put an SBC bann on at this time of the year for some reason that kicks in an hour before the refresh and last an hour to two hours after the refresh.... Can you give me a real answer or does anybody at EA have one of those? You're cheap answers might work on others but they're not going to work on somebody who is on this game as much as I am sorry buddy.
I guess there is no real answer other than the one that you have already given... And if that is true then how much more communistic can this game get in ultimate team? I mean you control everything anyway. You tell us exactly what we can do, when we can do it, how much of it we can do, how much of anything that we can earn and so on. Now you're going to tell us that you put up an unlimited SBC and yet you are in the shadows limiting us on stuff that we can do in your game. I'd like to know why because our personal lives have nothing to do with you guys so why would you be budding in by trying to save us from spending too much time on the game? Is it because people don't spend enough in your store and we need to open more packs that's what it is rather than doing sbcs to earn the packs without spending real money? I've noticed how your store has increased to have like 30 or 40 packs in it now when it used to only have three to five back in the old days and we used to get real rewards as well... But I have a feeling that the original reason I am here today asking the question what is wrong... Well I've already got my answer and that is EA wants to control every aspect of this game and that is pure *! You don't care about your players you just want our freaking money!!! Why don't you try spending some of that billions of dollars you got on updating your servers and catering to your players instead of treating us like 5-year-olds.
- @Crazy-TrainZ28 It’s likely the soft ban to stop people cheating like game and market bans. It’s happens all year. It’s more likely at the end of the year though as ea offers more sbcs so people do them to fast.
It’s not a server issue as it’s meant to happen.
Ea should just remove sbcs as it doesn’t seem like people can slow down when doing them. @RadioShaqsEA should just offer them at at certain amount each day if the want full control of everything. Putting up an "Unlimited" SBC and punishing those people who are doing it all day is wrong. Just because of the high rated cards advertised, but yet never delivered, is the reason why most of us do it... If the cards were actually obtainable during their promos then people wouldn't spend all day on it... But EA would lose profit from people in the useless store and there's no way they are going for that.

Wow this is such a scam to get people to buys packs in the store... Everything that you get in the store for 20 30 $40 you can go into the sbcs and basically get for free but now EA is limiting that because they don't want you to do that. You need to go into the store and spend your real money in there on crap because all you get is duplicates anyways... I've been pulling the same 20 to 25 cards for the last month outside of the one or two new ones that they release every week that are available in these packs even though they say everything is available it really isn't.
- @Crazy-TrainZ28 I don’t think it’s to push you to the store as it wouldn’t make sense to ban people to do it. They could just limit sbcs or remove them if that was the end goal. Right now you can do them 24/7 if you just slow down.
But yeah if people can’t slow down I can see them removing sbcs. Then you will actually be forced into playing the game or the store. - @RadioShaqs It makes sense if you think about it. You are only band from the sbcs but you can still go into the store and buy the packs if you want to and do pretty much anything else in ultimate team. But you can't take your duplicates that you get from the store and turn them in to get more cards so other than other words EA is shutting you down from getting any free cards outside of the packs that you get for the daily play but yet you can't really open them because those are constant duplications that you'll be able to do nothing with. This entire game is focused around ultimate team and the billions of dollars it makes every year they're also focused around that FC pro crap. It shouldn't take 12 years to pull a messy or a Ronaldo or one of those guys out of these packs. In the whole reason why I am doing and most of us are doing so many spc's per day is to try to get those cards without buying from the store but EA is punishing us for that and it is complete * to get punished for playing a freaking game like we are children. Games used to be for kids but they're not anymore evidently EA hasn't recognized that it's players out here are mainly adults
@Crazy-TrainZ28But look at how mad it makes you and others that actually hurts the game not helps it. People will quit not keep playing. There would be much better ways to force you into the store than actually losing customers.
Also how would you stop the cheating without it?
- @RadioShaqs What cheating? How is doing SBC's cheating? It's an unlimited SBC so if you have the cards to do them then where's the cheating in that?
I need to go to another thread though and I'm not sure where you report 750,000+ coin being lost. I just logged in a saw that my coun i legitimately made off of the transfer market is gone and my balance is at 0. - EA_Aljo
If your coin balance is suddenly 0, it's possible your account was actioned for violating the Terms of Service. If that happened, an email would have been received stating this. You're welcome to open a case with an advisor here. They will let you know if that's what happened or not.
