My PlayStation 5 has two versions of FC24 ps4/ps5 I want to ply ultimate team on the ps5 however it keeps saying “you have lost your connection check your home network to EA servers” my internet is fine all my other games work online. The ps4 version works online and connects to EA servers please can someone resolve this

I was fighting with connection issues for several days - tried all sorts of changes to my network with no luck. In my case I was able to play FC24 fine on my PS4 (different device) however my PS5 would loose connection mid-match, every match.
Clearing my PS5 cache seems to have resolved the issue for me. Seems something FC24 had cached was causing network issues.

When loading up Fc24 on my ps5 it says it can not connect to the server however I then switch to the ps4 version and it works straight away on the same console internet is perfect no issues why can’t I play UT on ps5
