Please try the following steps to help with this error:

If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.

    i did all this

    i can connect to ea servers

    i just can’t play ultimate

    I have nat type 2

    and Google dns

    i have attach a file from connection quality report

    Yeah I get the same thing, everything takes to long to load and also when in games it kicks me out of ultimate team, it has been happening since Thursday 

    I also have a good connection result, I have my PlayStation connected through Ethernet everything else works fine and have good speed except ultimate team

    it is not a connection or internet problem

    i have tried to log on from another ps

    in another location with different isp

    and i got the same error

    so pls check

    Cause it’s something with my account or team

    if you can’t solve this error pls reply and I will open another case to get my money back

    Thanks, I'm seeing your ping times and jitter are a bit high, which would cause connection issues. To help your ping time and jitter, you'll need to reach out to your internet provider and have them take a look with you to see what's causing this.

    i told u that it’s not a connection issue !!!!!

    I can play seasons 

    but can’t play ultimate 

    I have tried to log on from another ps

    With another isp provider and got the same error

    so just admit that u can’t solve this

    And don’t send me to check my internet 

    My internet is good for other games!!!!

    Look and the error I have uploaded now again

    If u can’t fix it just tell me

    @11977777777 Yeah it’s only on ultimate team for me, everything else works ,I have also deleted and reinstalled the game and still the same

    I'm having the same issues. Today I managed to do 3 full games but then I lost the connection while addinga contract on a player or claiming the rewards of an objective. And I have a good connection.

    My internet connection is great and the PSN seems to be running smoothly, the problem lies within the ultimate team, screens take too long to upload, won’t let you in the ultimate team, when you’re finally in there it’s slow and keeps hitting you with “unable to connect to ultimate team at the moment”, when you finally manage to get a rivals/squad battles or champions game going it kicks you out half way through the game making you lose your lead, player contracts, rewards, time. This problem has been going on since Thursday and it’s annoying how EA has no way of contacting them, like they just cleaned their hands from all responsibility
