Banned for Coin Distribution While Hacked – EA Ignoring Proof, DSAR Blocked

I was just permanently banned for coin distribution, but this happened while my account was hacked.

EA Support confirmed the hack and helped me recover the account. Now the Terms of Service team says there was no breach and upheld the ban. That completely contradicts EA’s own support records.

This isn’t the first time. I was banned in October 2024 for the same reason, and EA admitted it was a mistake. Now it’s happening again.

I submitted a DSAR (data subject access request) to see what happened during the hack, but EA’s download tool is broken. I keep getting a verification error. I legally have the right to that data.

Meanwhile, I’ve spent years reporting actual cheaters and EA never bans them. But I get banned twice for things I didn’t do.

EA, this is unfair. Please reopen this case.
