EA FC 25 ERROR

After playing 1 match in clubs mode in EA FC 25, I can't enter the next match and I get the error "Your online identity could not be verified". What is the reason for this? I have to exit the game and enter it again after playing 1 match and this is really annoying. Please take my problem seriously and help me.
