Ea Servers...

I don’t play the game anymore but yeah I don’t have issues with the server. Last big thread we had proved the servers worked fine and it was an isp issue. 

That’s why it’s good ea are transparent. It lets everyone know what’s going on and why things happen in game. 

I wish ea would do more of those threads. They ask for connection reports and videos and go over them all. Even though I don’t like the game I hope people fix their connection issues. I just like helping people. 

Oh my, just downloaded the game and tried it out, the game is superslow and it seems to be heavy delay in game, first i was what the piiiip is this ha ha my connection is superb, glad that i found this thread ha ha 2025 and this is the servers they are able to provide their costumers, nah man this aint it... the funny part is that i just played Cod and went from 5 ping to 60 ping in Ea and its like my players is stuck in mud ha ha ha ha what a joke. 

rtyuikkjhgff welcome to the club mate, there is actually nothing you can do, this is how the servers are really bad, they slow down the whole game and its not matter how good connection you got, just play somthing äelse instead.

Iam study to be a programmer, iam at my last year and we been talking about gaming servers alot specially Ea servers.

First ask yourrself is there any other game you got that is behaving like EaFc/Fifa, in my case no, all my games work perfect, my connection is stable 980 mbit and i got an answeartime at 10 ms in all other games + fantastic serverconnections.

EaFc/Fifa is terrible, my serverconnection slows down my whole game, my players are superslow, i cant turn, the gameplay is a mess, the AI funktions dont work at all and this is 100 % the servers, my teacher asked me a very intreseting question when we talked about it and he asked me if i feel any diffrent at late night in the game, the answear was yes, and he told me that becouse there are alot less people who plays at late night really early morning.

So the distance to the servers, the servers are not good to begin with and they are overfilled makes youre game slow and delayed.

He also asked us if its the same in other games, do you feel any diffrents in example Cod or Fortnite and i dont honestly dont do that, that is becouse their servers are stable and good, there is alot of other problems with their games ofcourse but you are always able to get a fair chance to be competive and the servers are not the reason that you lose as in Ea.

So the servers is the heart of gaming youre connection is the blood that makes the servers/heart beat, the faster connection you got the better the servers work, in Ea case youre connection dont matter becouse the servers aint working, it is what it is, my English is not the best but people in general do not understand how imortend the servers really are.

So last if I got Salah and my opponent got Salah we suppose to have a player with 99 pace booth of us, hes salah are way faster than mine and 100 % more intelligent, that is not about skills, there is no magic settings in the game its about he sits on a way faster server and thats why EaFc never going to be a skilledbased game, the servers decides the outcome in the end anyway.

Alice12K oh my its seems you 100 % right, iam not a huge soccer fan, maybie becouse our leuge here in Us have no soul, but i was sick last week and wanted to try somthingelse or somthing new, so I downloaded Ea and during a hour or two at very late night the game was totally diffrent to play, much more responsive but during the day it was back to "normal" again, the game was slow and sluggish, my question is how do Ea comes away with scaming their costumers ?

I meen this cant be legal, i was reading in other forums and my lord there are littery 10000 of threads about the servers also youtube channels etc...

They dont mate, listen in reality Ea is bleeding players and people in general dont buy Ea products anymore, much becouse of their games are more or less unplayble, its more about selling packs than have good servers and gameplay, they been in court several times for their casinogame, i meen honestly this aint even near how football is in reality.

Then also they have some people like on this forum who try to put everything on you instead, I meen it is an disgusting company.

Listen iam not buying any Ea products and I dont know one single person who does it either, the game is just bad, very very bad and their servers are a pure joke 2025, i meen really baaaad.

Doesn’t seem like you’re helping anyone. You just seem to like to pop up in threads where people are frustrated with lag/latency and pour passive aggressive salt in the wound with these comments that ALL of these frustrated users simply must ALL have poor ISPs/networks (because it can’t possibly be an issue on EA’s end)

I mean, even supposing that were true—that all of us have crap internet connections—doesn’t EA bear some responsibility for creating a game that’s so demanding of high-speed data transfer that the average user can’t enjoy it? I live in an urban area in Northern California (US), pay an awful lot for an above-average internet connection, have my XBOX hardwired to my modem and I still get laggy gameplay in H2H mode MOST of the time. So, is enjoyment of this game limited only to people who can afford a “Ferrari” internet connection? Because that’s the way it seems. And if that’s the case, then shouldn’t EA say so BEFORE they take our money?

I’ve been playing FIFA/FC off and on since it was introduced when I was in college, but this was the first new version I’d purchased since FIFA20. I was initially excited back in January when I got it about what seemed like an improved and more realistic game playing experience, but that bubble has been burst as I’ve increasingly found that my ability to be competitive H2H matches is mostly bound not by my skill, but by what seems to be the difference in the lag of my connection versus that of my competitors. I’ve checked my connection. Run speed tests. I’ve accounted for other family members using of our network and chosen to avoid playing simultaneous with their use, but I’ve found that nothing I’ve done (a) indicates a a clear, fatal flaw in my connection/network; or (b) appreciably improved my gaming experience. And now I’m right on the brink of the balance between frustration and fun tipping over into just rage-quitting the whole game. If that’s what EA wants then I guess they can continue to stand behind this “it’s not us, it’s you and your crappy connection” party line of theirs, but it seems like a pretty stupid business decision (and goodness knows it feels pretty insulting as a paying customer). I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I just feel more and more disillusioned with every response (or non-response) I see from. And, like is said, your posts aren’t helping either.

I give up! I just played the two laggiest, totally garbage H2H matches EVER in the Series A TOTS Cup. Just utterly awful gameplay experience. I’m so fed up I could scream. 

I don’t experience this CRAP with any other game—not even close. I initially approached this with a somewhat open mind (like “maybe it is something wrong with my internet”) , but the more I read and the more I experience the discrepancy between FC25 and EVERY OTHER GAME I OWN the more it seems clear that this is on EA. And just about everything I see in here leads me to conclude that EA just doesn’t really care enough. So, unless there are big changes, this is the last EA product I ever buy.

He's always like this. It doesn't matter what you say, he won't change. I never thought I would see an EA white knight and it not be satire, but here we are.

The server issues are very obvious this year. I suspect EA are trying to save costs due to the general decline of their live service models over the last financial year. We pay the price, as EA believe we are guaranteed income. 

Just leaving this here, yet again. The last "big thread" did not prove anything of the sort. It showed that it was very likely there was packet loss on EA's end, then they closed it.
