Yes yes yes this would make career mode so much better!
Also I would like to add, as I've said before, create a save point between completing your career setup and starting your career.
It would be nice especially for create your club to be able to keep certain changes, like kits, team swaps, and more, so that if you want you can start all over without losing it all.
