Facing a glitch ,i am starting the game its starting normally but after clicking my controller for the profile select after that nothing is showing just loading icon and black screen even the ea prom...

i have the exact same issue i went into a chat with one of the support people and the said to get rid of the corrupt file but its on the main menu of the game and i cant get on it and they said there looking into it futties will be out by the time we can play
