Hi there. If you submitted a dispute, ToS should be responding within a couple of days of submitting it. If you don't get a response, open a new case and ask an advisor to check on it. Follow the instructions here for opening a case.
If you did get a response, but the ban wasn't overturned, you're welcome to submit another dispute. This can be done up to 3 times. This article has instructions for that.

Thanks for the quick reply, you are much faster than the people who manage the complaints.
It's been 48 hours and still no clear reply, I'm sure they're going to be very busy these days with that idiotic banning system automatically banning a lot of innocent players.

It's been 72 hours and the CASE is still showing “Waiting for Studio” with no progress.
I'll be updating here every 24 hours to see how efficiently EA is treating a player who pre-ordered the FC26 Ultimate Edition complaining about the problem.
PS: The tutorial you gave me doesn't even have a button to submit a new CASE, so if you can give me a direct link to submit a CASE, maybe I'll go ahead and submit a complaint.
But EA made the button disappear and we have to “wait for Studio”.

You can submit a case at help.ea.com. They can't assist with bans though.
