The nightmare of playing against pc while playing on a console

It’s totally unfair to play against pc as the game performs better on pc and today I faced 2 cheaters that every shot is goal my players can’t sprint

i don’t have many players who play on Xbox in my region so I’m forced to enable crossplay

please help

again the passing in general is terrible
the game doesn’t respond to my commands 

since 12 GMT today the gameplay is very bad

the green color for the objective is very annoying I barely see my players especially the 2nd objective
