Can’t log into FC25 on companion app

I receive it on both the app and the website on browser

Can you test it on a different network and a different device? Also, have you made any changes to your account before this happened?

I recently started getting the following error when trying to connect to the online features of FC 25 on my PS5:

"Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply.

My EA account is already linked to my PSN account

I haven’t violated any terms, and I have not received any prior warnings or bans.

Could our please help me understand what is causing this issue and how to fix it?

I'm having an issue when trying to log into my EA account in EA Sports FC 25 on PlayStation 5. I keep getting the following error:

**"Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply."**

I’ve checked my internet connection, restarted the game and console, and made sure my PSN is correctly linked to an EA account. I also confirmed that the date of birth on my EA account shows that I am 31 years old.

My EA account region is set to Turkey.

Despite this, I’m unable to access online features, including Ultimate Team. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
