"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment"

I haven’t been able to access UT for the past couple of days (on Xbox Series X) and lost access to the companion app as of today. Confirmed with EA Help that my account is in good standing and went through the network troubleshooting steps they provided. Also contacted my internet service provider and confirmed no issues with them either. EA Help said other users are experiencing this issue, but overall server status is still marked as green. Unclear what the issue is or how to resolve.

    I solved it 

    Turn off your router or modem by unplugging the cable for a couple of minutes then plug it back and it should work
