crashing
Hi, I’m having a serious issue with FC 25 on Xbox Series S. The game crashes to the dashboard during Ultimate Team online matches only—no error message, just a flicker or freeze like in the screenshot, and then it closes. It doesn’t happen in offline modes or other games. I tried everything: reinstalling the game, factory resetting the console, clearing local saves, turning off cloud sync, trying a different account, and more. The only thing that temporarily stops the crashes is clearing the local saved data and not allowing the cloud to resync it. But once I allow EA cloud data to load, the crashing starts again. That makes me think it’s a corrupted save file linked to my EA account. I’ve seen many users on Reddit with the same problem. Is there any way EA can reset my online save data for FUT? And is this a known issue with FC 25 on Series S?
