EA FC 25 Stuck at Activation Issue, Cannot Start Game

Dear EA,

I cannot start the game due to this error. 

Here are the steps I did to try to start the game.

1. Start game through Steam
2. Then EA App comes
3. Allow admin access
4. Then this error pops up. Even after signing-in to this window, it still leads me back to EA App until I reach this part again. It's a never ending cycle.

I tried reinstalling the game from Steam, EA App, Anticheat, but still doesn't work.

I already asked for help from some community managers and followed the steps they provided, but still does not fix my issue.
