False Ban 3 times

hello, i got falsely banned 3 times every time faster than the other . every time i contact the support team they don't respond. recently got unbanned on 5pm and banned again on 7pm its getting ridiculous at this point. if anyone has any advice or help it would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing you can do is contact the terms of service team and appeal the ban. It can take 10 days sometimes even more for a response.

problem is every time i contact them they don't respond . they just close the case

thanks for your reply. is there any way of contacting a EA official so we could **bleep** the situation in a better way because the appeal system is just not working for me and we are not coming to a conclusion . they just send a already ready email without any specific details
