FIX THE SERVERS

If I play Rush, Clubs, Squad Battles, I have no delay. If I play Rivals/Champs/Friendlies, the delay is ridiculous to the point it's unplayable. Here's another connection report:

This cannot continue. Why is it we are only having issues with FC25 and no other multiplayer games. Even then, it's only in certain modes. Something is broken!

Most likely, the issue is the packet loss you have. We are constantly monitoring our servers for issues and will act on any that come up. The best I can advise is to speak with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues and to go through the troubleshooting steps here.

Packet loss of 0.04% is literally nothing. It's impossible to have 0% and 0.04% is negligible. Why do you continue this narrative of it being packet loss?

My ISP has found no issues, and I have found no issues on my network.

The reason i was reluctant sharing the test screenshot is you will ask me to go check with my ISP.  My internet has always given same results, and i did t have issues until 3 days ago. Here are the results

ukAlex93​ now we know  the entire problem with FC/Fifa in general is the attitude of EA. They are always right. Their product is great. Anyone who reports an issue has a wonky connection. The gameplay is GREAT. The SERVERS are flawless.

Are you normally playing on a wireless connection? You didn't provide the match history so I can't see which matches are wired and which are not.

This really isn't true. We want you to have the best possible connection. However, big pieces of that are out of our control. We have no control whatsoever over the equipment you use, how it's set up, how it's optimized, who your ISP is, how your signal is routed, how busy the traffic is on your connection, etc. These make a very big difference in the stability and strength of your connection.

Where do i get the match history from? Can you give me the link or point to the location?

Please look into what's going on with your servers, or if the game is just poorly optimised. Everyone I know has stopped playing because of poor delay & lag. This is NOT an issue on the consumer's side. I cannot stress this enough; if left unresolved, this will kill the game.
