FPS cap is not working after TITLE UPDATE 11
fps cap is not working in setup file and ingame settings after the TU11. the game overwrite the fps and force you to play with uncapped fps and that gives a huge input delay and stuttering... Dear EA...

but this is unfair bro!! the game is unplayable and force you to play with a different fps that gives you input delay and stuttering!! can't play my rival games for tomorrow, can't do anything...Im done with this game
