Hello, I preordered EAFC 25 standard edition (14.09) and ea play (21.09) so I can play after that i buy it for 10 hours free trail. My trail ended and the game officialy came out and I still can't play it because I still have a trial version of the game in my library and not the one that i preordered. And when i want to play it it says that i have to buy it. Please help.

Hey there,
Would you please restart your PC and log back into your account to check again? When you search for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 in the home menu on the EA app, check if there are no pending updates.
Additionally, repair the game and clear cache data from the EA app to verify the game files. Let me know how that goes.
I restarted my PC, logged back, I checked for updates and i cleared cache and still nothing :/
I am in the exact same spot, EA App says I need to purchase the game again, when I already purchased it a few days ago, and played my whole 10 hour trial :/
I restarted my pc and clear cache data but it gives me nothing. I can't repair and check upgrades because EA app don't even show me that I own the game

I checked one thing and if you have EA play form Game Pass you can disconnect your Xbox Live account from EA app and then you can play the game but unfortunetly if you connect account again it's the same like before.

With connected account and downloaded game I opened EA FC 25 from game folder. I think it;'s solution for the time they will fix it

Hallo, someone can help? All my friends already play. i just waiting for help and no one can do it. I filed a case on ea and contacted support via chat but they told me to clear the cache memory, reinstall the ea app etc. Nothing helped. And now there is no help from anywhere. No one knows anything. The game is already a few hours after its premiere in my country and I am still waiting for the game to be available for download. I bought it yesterday, my trial time ended and now there is no option to download or run it.
Still the same for me, idk how to fix it. I guess we just have to wait for EA to fix the problem :/

Hello,
Can you try to uninstall the game trial and install the game again but make sure you select standard edition ? (don't worry, you will not loose your Ultimate team progress doing so)
There is not a option to do that :/
This isn't working, I uninstalled the trial, and I can't download the game. It redirects me to purchase the game again. The pre-order was placed on September 10th
same thing :/
I already refunded it but a short fix was asking EA Support to remove the trial itself from my account, worked like a charm but came back around 20 mins later.
If you can get it permanently removed it will be fixed.Idk what happend but suddenly my game appeared.
