The problem is as follows: Every time during startup I am zoomed in completely so that I only see the color of the game. After starting, choosing a language, settings, I end up in the menu. Can you go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 and delete the EA SPORTS FC 25 folder? Then repair the game and try again.
Please note that the AppData folder is hidden, so you might need to enable the option to show hidden folders to find it.

Sorry for the late reaction, but after everything that had happened I was done with EA FC 25 for a while. Now I am doing your steps but the second step won't work. I can't find EA FC 25 between the programs to add. CAn you help me?

Isn't there somebody I can call for this problem so it can be fixed in one evening? Cause if I am being honest, it takes me too long. Were are already three months trying to solve this problem and I am scared it will take much longer.
I had to delete my settings file and create a new one. That was the only solution, but now I am all data lost. Is there a possible that I can get my data back or get a gift or something as a compensation? I think that is fair
