Ultimate team rivals

I am encountering a problem while playing online on FC25. Whenever I attempt to join a match, it consistently displays a "lost connection to opponent" message as soon as the match begins. And if I try again to join another match after like 3 attempts I get a pernament black screen and if I restart my game it counts as a loss. This is my first time purchasing FIFA, and I am uncertain about the issue. Despite restarting my router and trying various solutions, the problem keeps happening. Could you kindly assist me with this matter?
