Not on Virgin Media by any chance are you?
I am on virgin media, it’s taking ages to load into ultimate team. When it does I eventually play a game and then after when it tried to load back into my said it freezes and kicks me out
i am and the same thing has been happening to me since yesterday
My WiFi has been fine it’s only on fc that it’s shoddy, was absolutely fine and then midday yesterday it started

Funny you say that yes I am with VM, surely couldn’t be them though? Every other online game Cod, etc my daughter plays Fortnite and they all work no issues? If it was VM wouldn’t it be a collective thing with other servers (games)?
Possibly but everyone I have spoken to who is having the same issue are all on Virgin Media so must be something in it. Would be interesting to see if others are having trouble on other EA games
Update, I seem to be getting onto ultimate team easier but keeps kicking me out of games
