Unable to Access Ultimate Team

For some reason I haven't been able access ultimate team for 2 days now. I got in once and it was incredibly slow and then crashed... See attached message I get after 5 minutes at loading screen. My WiFi is good and play other games online no issue. Are EA Servers down?

    Been happening regularly for at least the last week,

    EA have changed their connection protocols and are kicking people out so often, 6 out of 12 games this week

    Do you know what they're doing to fix it? When I manage to get in it only lasts 10 mins max
