Solved
Unable to connect to EA servers constantly.
I recently moved houses from a rural area to the city and for the first week I could login and play Ultimate team but now whenever I try to connect to the EA it just says "EA servers are unavailable ...
I fixed it.
All I had to do was change my EA account password and then I logged out of the EA app and then logged back in and opened the game.
If anyone else has this problem I hope this can solve it.
