Unable to play and disconnecting

Can someone tell me why the game only working three or four times in a week?

we paid for a game that work and all the time it’s disconnecting and when we lose point in champions rivals or squad battles we don’t get the matches back or a decent compensation they just move on without even an apology!

never gonna buy this game again I will wait for fifa and 2k game and I’m hoping that the billions the will lose will make them understand that being too greedy was their sin
