Why doesn’t party/voice channel work in fc25?

Why on earth I can’t play with my friends at all! Can’t hear or even speak to anybody. I play in xbox and to be honest I am actually furious about this it’s so annoying and makes my game boring. How can this multibillion company release something as bad as this, please help me! I have voice chat enabled, I am in party channel and not muted anyone or myself, still can’t hear anything or speak anything.
