Why after the new patch i cant literally play the game, i already erased it twice and its still don’t work! I also erased the data of the game cause i saw a video the someone tried it and it work, i already updated my router wifi, please somebody help🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

I have tried absolutely everything.. My internet connection is fine, i browse internet, play other games, watch netflix without any issues whatsoever, this is not an issue with my internet.. i have deleted and reinstalled fc25 3 times and still the same problems. I cleared the system software cache on my ps5 and rebuild database too and still having the same issues for over 2 months now, this is becoming a joke..
Community ManagerUnfortunately, there's nothing I can do for you if your internet is fine. We'll just have to keep monitoring for issues on our end. At the moment, we're not aware of any. If you're consistently disconnecting, chances are excellent it's a connection issue though.
How can it be a connection issue when ive got proof of a 97/100 connection report score with like 0.01% packet loss? Yet im constantly getting frozen screens just going through menus on fc25? And yet all my other games and devices etc all work perfectly fine.. i think its clear from all the other people on this thread and forums that the problem is with the game/server not all of our connections.. never had any issues like this with any fifa games before.. only started 2 months ago and now trying to open a pack or look at an objective takes me 15 minutes and reloading the game 3 times… ridiculous
