Dont try to win bids on players!

So after 2+ days of battling and arguing with agents and EA workers ive came to a conclusion that bidding for players is literally pointless.

I won a bid on a hakimi card for 130000 its even logging on my account and they wont do nothing about it even though i never recieved the card i literally have a clip in which you can see the card bid symbol changes to bid won but they wont even listen or take the time to look at that. I spent the past 2 days on live chats getting lied to saying it will get looked into and something had been put on and id have to wait 24 hrs and it would be sorted with either my coins or the player. All agents gave me the same lies until today when one told me there was nothing showing that i wont the bid even though i have literal proof  been getting cutoff early lied to and even banned from connecting to ea live chats temporarily. Its a disgrace and as someone whos plays 15+ years of this game and spent alot of money on it how ive been treated just feels ridiculous.

So ive came to the conclusion dont bid on players on this game what ea will so is see that you bid low and won for alot cheaper than market value and put the bid down as lost after you win it and then tell you that theres nothing showing the bid was won so your coins get taken and you dont even recieve the players who you bid on.

Obviously nothing will be done about this because it hasnt been taken serious the whole time but i just wanted to let everyone know what goes on if you're new to the game.
