Ideas for Carrer mode

Firstly, I want to say that in carrer mode, we have a academy tournaments, which I hate to do, can we create a league for it, and make like a coach to train them, and just send us a report of the match, and stuff, because its kinda boring playing it, or just allow to quick sim it.

Secondly, sometimes there is a bugs, like in a meetings, in a caffe, peoples faces look weird.
