Excellent observations, my friend. The trophy celebrations are entirely repetitive. There's no trophy room where you can see everything you've achieved sinse you buy the game. A reward system for achievements in career mode would be great, really. Unlocking new uniforms, new stadiums. Currently, I can barely play two seasons in a row. I end up starting a new save because it feels pointless.
I would find it very fun to be able to change hairstyles and other things during the career. That would be cool.
