Offline Gameplay: Improve CPU AI, Animation, and PlayStyle Behavior
As an offline player who values realism and tactical depth I have noticed several critical issues in EA FC gameplay especially related to CPU behavior animation systems and PlayStyle execution On World Class and Legendary difficulty the CPU rarely performs slide tackles even with players who have the Slide Tackle PlayStyle When attacking from the flanks the CPU applies no defensive pressure and does not use players' Physical PlayStyle traits allowing users to move freely down the wings The CPU shows no understanding of match situations such as leading or trailing and has no awareness of aggregate results in two-legged matches and does not adjust tactics based on previous results This limits immersion and realism in offline modes The CPU does not adapt its strategy based on team strength differences Weaker teams often play overly aggressive against stronger teams without proper tactical adjustment This lack of tactical variation reduces authenticity and makes matches repetitive Dribbling turning and ball-carrying speed are directly linked to the Acceleration attribute Reducing acceleration slows animations but causes low-rated players to react slowly and feel unresponsive It is recommended to separate dribbling animation speed from acceleration and add a dedicated slider Adding gameplay sliders in EA FC27 would allow offline players to balance realism responsiveness and difficulty Sliders are essential for offline players to tailor gameplay to their preferences CPU playmakers with Long Ball Pass rarely attempt long diagonal passes unlike real players such as Joshua Kimmich Defenders like Nico Schlotterbeck do not send accurate long balls from the back The CPU relies too much on short ground passes reducing tactical diversity and making matches feel dull I hope these issues are reviewed and addressed in EA FC27 These improvements would enhance realism and depth for offline players and benefit the single-player community Thank you for your time and consideration
