Positioning FB/WB + CM-suggestion + diamond shape

Hi! Still no fix on the wingback positioning. They don't push up in attack, even when instructed + you can't rotate in attack to a 3-2-2-3 like City/Chelsea sometimes... Even the inverted wingback is not working... This has to change ASAP because it's not enjoyable for more tactics-minded players such as myself. Look into this please, and thanks. 

Another suggestion is to make the CM have the ability to be pocket-players. E.g. to have a instruction under the role "Playmaker" that says "Pocket" or "Classic 10" (but pocket player). This way the inverted FB have a great relation to this and you are able to place players where you want the. This would also be good when playing as Barcelona for example, as Pedri is somewhat of a deep playmaker/playmaker roaming, and Olmo or Fermin is supposed to play in between the back-line and midfield-line. 

A last one would be to be able to rotate a formation that would be like a 3-4-3 with a diamond shaped central midfield such as Chelsea often does.
