Rewards pack being sometimes rewarding won’t damage power curve

I totally understand the slow power curve EA is doing but this doesn’t explain why packs and rewards at terrible this is not acceptable even when buying store packs with FC points I keep getting garbage 

let me give you an example every time I do this 83+ sbc I get a duplicate fooder card as per the attached photo

the hero sbc I got the worst ever card I don’t know if it’s me or this is the situation with everyone which I doubt because I’m facing other players with amazing cards 

EA listen to this what you are doing as mentioned above is not acceptable
