Update Existing Careers with Real-Life Transfers & Promotion/Relegation

I really enjoy playing EA SPORTS FC 26, but there is one very frustrating issue in the game.
The problem is related to both **Manager Career Mode** and **Player Career Mode**. When football players transfer to new clubs in real life, EA releases squad updates and those players appear in their new teams in normal game modes. However, if I am already playing a Manager Career Mode or Player Career Mode save, those official transfers are not applied to my existing career.
The only way to get the updated transfers is to start a completely new Career save. This is very disappointing because it means losing all of the progress, achievements, seasons, and time that I have invested in my current career.
I would really appreciate it if you could add an option that allows official squad updates and real-life transfers to be applied to existing Manager Career Mode and Player Career Mode saves, or at least give players the choice to update their career database without starting over.
Additionally, I would like to make another suggestion. The same should also apply to promoted and relegated clubs. When a club is promoted to a higher league or relegated to a lower league in real life, existing Manager Career Mode and Player Career Mode saves should have the option to update the league structure accordingly, without forcing players to start a brand-new career.
This would allow players to continue enjoying the careers they have spent so much time building while still experiencing the latest real-life changes in football.
I believe these features would greatly improve the Career Mode experience for many players around the world.
Thank you for your hard work, and I hope you will consider this feedback in a future update and resolve these issues in both Manager Career Mode and Player Career Mode.
