Cant Remove Music on MANAGER MOD

Hello is it me or the setting was bug for MANAGER MOD

My Profil setting are set to NO MUSIC for streaming cession etc...
I Mute All music Sound.
Its work for all mode like Ultimate and co

But on the MANAGER MOD the option selected wasnt respect
He keep playing track during the Junior tournment ....

My issue with the music is exactly the same. Turned it all off but on CM youth matches it plays and louder than what I would have if I had music still on in general.
I want to be able to hear the players calling for the ball and manager shouting like I could in FC25.
How can we get them to fix it?
